We obviously hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but for peace of mind we offer a straight-forward and easy returns policy. Any product (with the exception of Sale or Special Offer products) can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase as long as it is unused, unwashed, in new condition (with tags) and in its original packaging. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the Customer. We will be happy to offer you a replacement product of the same value and the cost of delivery will be chargeable at the delivery rate applicable at the time. Alternatively you can have a refund less the delivery charge paid.
In the unlikely event that you unfortunately experience a manufacturing fault please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for Returns, you will be given an authorisation number. The product must be returned (with the authorisation number) in good condition, unused and with its original packaging. If the exact replacement is not available, you will have a choice of an alternative product of the same value, or a full refund to your card. We will endeavour to resolve all returns within 10 working days of receipt of the product, unless we have to return them to our manufacturers for a final inspection. The final decision on whether a product is faulty will reside with KickZoo and our manufacturers. Customers must cover the postage costs for returning the item.
