Q. What happens after I place my order online?
A. You will receive an email confirming your order. We aim to despatch all products within one working day of your payment being successfully processed.
Q. What cards does KickZoo accept?
A. We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. This includes Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.
Q. Is my payment safe online?
A. The security of the KickZoo website is essential to your enjoyment and use of our site and to our on-going business. We take the security of the information you supply to us very seriously. We use a secure independent server and all data that you supply for the fulfilment of your order is encrypted. We are using reliable payment partners that are behind many sites that you will already have visited. We have used the latest security technology in our site.
Q. When will I receive my goods?
A. All goods are dispatched on a signed for next day delivery service.
Q. What is your return’s policy?
A. In the unlikely event that you are not super happy with your purchase, or your own size seems to have grown or shrunk since you ordered, relax, you can return any product within 14 days of despatch, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, in new condition (with tags) and in its original packaging. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
All our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, however nobody and no product is perfect, so in the very unlikely event that you do unfortunately experience a manufacturing fault please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for Returns and you will be given an authorisation number. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, in good condition and with its original packaging. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer, but we will of course send you a replacement product free of charge. If the exact replacement is not available, you will have a choice of an alternative product of the same value, or a full refund to your credit card. We will endeavour to resolve all returns within 10 working days of receipt of the product, unless we have to return them to our manufacturers for a final inspection.
The final decision on whether a product is faulty will reside with KickZoo and our manufacturers. The success of our site relies on happy, contented users, we will therefore do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have, but we do also know what wear and tear looks like!
