    Access and use of the KickZoo website and the purchase of products from this website are governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. By continuing to browse and use the KickZoo website, you will have been deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

    The terms ‘KickZoo’, ‘KickZoo.com’, ‘us’ and ‘we’ refer to the owners of the website whose registered office is Unit 4, Rose Green Road, Fishponds, Bristol, BS5 7XE. The company registration number is 05908872. VAT No: 886058875. The terms ‘Customer’ and ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

    1. Contract with Customer

    A contract only exists between KickZoo and the Customer once a product (and any applicable delivery costs) has been paid for in full and the Customer has received a confirmation of despatch email (the order confirmation email, which you will receive first does not constitute a contract). We require payment in full before despatch of goods.

    2. Pricing

    All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT and are in pounds sterling (£). KickZoo retains the right to change prices at any time.

    3. Stock Availability

    All stock is offered subject to availability. If for whatever reason payment is received for a product, which is not in stock we will contact you and offer an alternative product, or a full refund.

    4. Payment Method

    Payment can be made by all major Debit and Credit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron and Solo. If you do not wish to use our online shopping service, you can still order by phone (0845 094 9178) with your credit or debit card details, or send a cheque\postal order payable to KickZoo at KickZoo, P.O Box 2808, Bristol, BS5 5DN

    5. Delivery

    KickZoo will only process orders, which are in stock. We aim to despatch all orders within one working day of receipt of full payment including any delivery charges. KickZoo offers three simple delivery options within the UK including a free and a subsidised rate:-

    Small Order Order value less than £15 1st Class Post FREE
    Standard Order Order value £16 to £74 Next Day £3.99
    Large Order Order value £75 and above Next Day FREE*

    Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 12.00 noon (Mon-Fri). * Exceptionally heavy despatches may very rarely incur additional charges, in which case you will be contacted by telephone by a member of our Customer Services team.

    For orders to the Republic of Ireland, Highlands & Islands, or Mainland Europe, please call our Customer Service Number on 0845 094 9178 so that we can quote you delivery charges at cost.

    6. Exchange & Refunds.

    We obviously hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but for peace of mind we offer a straight-forward and easy returns policy. Any product (with the exception of Sale or Special Offer products) can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase as long as it is unused, unwashed, in new condition (with tags) and in its original packaging. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the Customer. If you would like a replacement product of the same value, KickZoo will send this to you free of delivery charge, or you can have a full refund credited to your card. Sale or Special Offer products can not be re-credited, but can be replaced with a product of a similar value

    In the unlikely event that you unfortunately experience a manufacturing fault please call our Customer Service No: 0845 094 9178 and ask for Returns, you will be given an authorisation number. The product must be returned (with the authorisation number) in good condition, unused and with its original packaging. If the exact replacement is not available, you will have a choice of an alternative product of the same value, or a full refund to your card. We will endeavour to resolve all returns within 10 working days of receipt of the product, unless we have to return them to our manufacturers for a final inspection. The final decision on whether a product is faulty will reside with KickZoo and our manufacturers.

    7. Conformity of Goods.

    We take every care to make sure that all the information on the KickZoo site is accurate and correct, however we do not give any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, performance or suitability of any of the content or materials found or offered on this site. Information is supplied for your general information, it is not intended to be binding and it is subject to change without notice.

    Product representation and colour can be distorted through the use of different computer systems and softwear, we can not accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser softwear, or computer system. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

    8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability.

    In no event will KickZoo be liable to any party for any direct, indirect or consequential damages which arise out of or in connection with the use of this site or any other linked site, or through the supply or use of KickZoo products (or the resale of any of our products by you), including without limitation lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the information or products presented.

    We will make every effort to keep the KickZoo website up and running smoothly. However KickZoo takes no responsibility or liability for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

    Any links to other websites are purely provided for your convenience and to supply you with additional information. We do not endorse any of the linked websites and we accept no liability or responsibility for any of their content, or your further use, of any of the linked sites. You may not create a link to the KickZoo website without prior written consent from KickZoo.

    We can not be held responsible or liable for the fraudulent use of a lost credit card.

    The entire liability of KickZoo in connection with our Contract to supply products to a Customer shall not in any circumstances exceed the price of these products and any delivery costs where appropriate.

    9. Copyright & Trademark

    All content including designs, logos, photographs, graphics, layout, appearance, written text and all other material on this site are owned, controlled, or licensed to KickZoo. They are protected by copyright or trademark and may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used in anyway or format, without the prior written authorisation from KickZoo.

    10. Jurisdiction.

    This website is operated from our offices in England. These terms are governed by English & Welsh Law and any disputes will be heard by the English & Welsh Court. If you access this site from outside the UK, you do so at your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
