    Some delivery terms can have so many variables they become a nightmare to understand, so we have tried to keep our delivery options both simple and straight forward, as well as great value. We will never profit from a delivery charge, if there is a charge it will either be passed on to you at cost, or it will be subsidised by us.

    Small Orders sent by 1st Class post should be with you in 1 to 2 working days. We are meeting the full cost of this service because we feel that sometimes delivery charges can become disproportionately high compared to the actual cost of small orders. However we do ask you to understand that we can not be held responsible for the efficiency of our national postal service, we all know it can take longer!

    If you need your order urgently and guaranteed by a particular date, we would recommend you use our Next Day courier service, which is offered at a subsidised rate of £3.99.

    Standard Orders (valued £16 to £74) will be sent by Next Day courier service. This is a subsidised charge so that you do not need to worry about the cost of delivery when using the KickZoo site.

    Large Orders (valued £75 and above) will also be sent as a Next Day courier service, but will be FREE of charge as an additional thank you from us to you for the amount you are spending with KickZoo.

    Please note that all Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 12.00 noon (Mon-Fri). Our Next Day courier service does require a signature. If you are not in, do not worry, our courier will leave a delivery card and you can arrange a new delivery at your convenience. We insure all our deliveries. Deliveries are only on weekdays and not weekends or on Bank Holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or other Bank Holidays. If the next day is one of the above, your order will be delivered the next available working day.

    If you are lucky enough to be living in the Highlands or Islands, we have a standard delivery rate of £13.99 where our couriers will deliver to you within 48 hours. 

    We are pleased to offer delivery to the following EU countries at a flat rate of £9.99 (up to 5kg):

  • 2 days delivery:                                              France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg
  • 3 to 4 days delivery:                                Spain, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Czech Republic
  • 4 to 5 days delivery:                                                                                                         Portugal, Sweden
  • 5 to 7 days delivery:                       Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia

    Please note we DO NOT DELIVER TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS.  We appologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

    This is with Citylink and usually takes 2-7 days. To prevent against fraud, the country of delivery must be the same as the cardholder’s registered country. We regret that if your country is not on the above list, we cannot deliver to you for the time being.

    * Exceptionally heavy despatches may very rarely incur an additional charge, in which case you will be contacted by telephone by a member of our Customer Services team.
